I drew a desk by a window and a hand holding a stylus above a tablet with a drawing of a small leafy sprig. Beside it, I placed a sketchbook, a pencil, a brush, a potted succulent and a desk lamp. I used dark outlines and muted green, cream and terracotta shapes, and signed the white margin at the lower right.
